We strive to serve only the highest quality, locally-sourced, minimally processed food. We believe in simplicity, nourishment, freshness, flavor, aroma and "the crunch." We offer a condensed menu for large-scale concessions and special event environments, but for private parties and pop-ups, our full menu can be tailored to suit.

The Main Event
Our franks, sausages and cheeses are hand-dipped in a corn flour based batter and then deep-fried in hot oil until perfectly golden brown. Our stick food is always made to order and served hot on premium wooden skewers.
